Clearly I am incapable of making a decision. Something has, however, clicked for me. The reason I have always been able to succeed as an actor is because of my capability to incite passion in others. I once wrote a monologue for a directing piece in which I shared my personal beliefs, and I have never gotten a greater response out of an audience. People felt what I felt. I got them on my side. I got them to believe.

In this day and age, that gift can be utilized to create a huge change within our society and within the world. My ambitions once were to win an academy award. Now they have changed. Because I see something greater in my future and in the future of this country, and of the world. I see myself making the world turn, and helping things to get better. I see myself helping other people ignite the passion in themselves to be the best they can be, in order to make a change in the world.

Gandhi said "Be the change you want to see in the world." This is so simple and so powerful. This statement is inspiring me to make my own changes so that I can make a difference. I've always known there is something out there for me to accomplish that is huge. It goes beyond what I want to do and delves in to what my responsibilities are.

My responsibilities as a US citizen and as a citizen of the world are to:

1) Make peace

2) Create a truly working society in which people are free and equal, united together through love and a yearning to survive.

3) Make an astronomical change in the way people treat our mother earth.

In the society I see myself helping to create, every individual is happy and pleased. We, the people would BE the government itself. Those who speak and implement decisions would represent us, to the best of their abilities, and be as true to what the people want as possible. I know this is how the US is supposed to be right now, but the fact of the matter is that it isn't. Now people are starting a revolution and I want to be a part of it because I am a member of the 99%. There should be no fear involved in government or the persistence of humanity.

I want to make a difference. I want to stand up for what I believe in, and change the way the world works. Because it isn't impossible. The world will always be here, spinning out in chaos until we, as a people, of the WORLD itself, come together in true harmony to love and nurture each other.

The world is in a place right now, where we cannot get along. There is hatred, war, hunger, poverty, disease, and the most tragic, a lack of willingness to be one. Because as one people, the brilliant minds in the world could solve these problems.

I refuse to believe that there isn't a way. I refuse to take "this is the way things are" laying down. I don't want to waste one more second not taking action. It is time. It is time we joined together. One people, under love. Unified by our biggest commonality, the fact that we are living humans.

Well, I guess I made my decision.
